my SEVIS was terminated because one of my professor removed me from his class for not attending it..........as you know i am sick and trired of going to classes. work, study slolwly killing me............and so i stopped going to some classes until my ineternational office called me to inform that i am out-of status due to failing to maintain full time student status.

if you are in texas, try going to Elite (english language institute ) which is luna rd in irving. they will help you get new sevis. That way your old school will go off the record and you will have new sevis and fresh begining.
but you have to have valid visa. they will issue you a new I20 and you have to cross mexico and return. on the way back they will issue you with new i94. this is gauranteed to work, as some of my frens and cousin has done it.'
good luck.

just go and talk to your international advisor... they will give you a list of package that you need to fill and i think its like $265 that you have to pay and you also need a bank instatement from back home. Send all those stuff with a letter explaining the situation that caused you to become out of status and mail those stuff. It takes about 4 to 5 months to get the reinstatement.
