Hi guys, I recently broke up with the one I thought was my soul mate. I've been depressed for the last couple of days. But poems help me get through with it, I write sometimes. I can't help but think of her all the time, so I wrote this. Thanks for reading, and tell me what you think.

My Love

The sparkle of a river in each strand
the air purified
the glistening hyperbolic
leaving me like Ray Charles
the twinkle in the vision
apparent like a glass house
the sight of the red swell
drastic enough to crumble me

the grand twins leave me still
like a fledging full moon
the protrusions so tender
dark the color of pine wood
soft as they seemed
they were lethal to my likings
so inspections always prolonged

the sleek member
the work of a master craftsman
tall, light and smooth
an easy sail down to the dock
the pier majestic
never beheld such a sight
