NOt necessarily cheap but one of the best engineering schools in the US is Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, CA. http://www.hmc.edu if you have good grades, community service experience and a knack for writing poems besides your maths, science stuff, the admission committee might waive your tuition. If you wnat to become a dreamer-social activist- poet- engineer, this might be the school for you. Apply garnus, jhare aanp, najhare jhataro.. k bigrincha ra, hoina ta?

u are in ur junior year. are u going to complete or u are in first half of junior year if u are in second half of ur junior year than its hard to find good colleges. Most of the college will admit u but u have to graduate from ur old school. U have to have 3 semester left to graduate of u want to transfer to good schools. Check some Traditionally Black engineering colleges. U will find cheap and reasonably good engineering colleges or else do as Iso Freak bro has said.
