There has been lot of threads spun regarding racial hatred. This guy seems bent on harrassing Newar community. As a Newar, this kind of attack cannot be tolerated and though it is indecent you have to talk in the language these guys understand. I am really sorry if any sentiments are hurt. But there are times you have to take stance for your community.

There is a ukhan in Nepali, "kaag le kaan lagyo bhandaima, kaag ko pachadi nakudnu". Check your kaan first.

If it is true why the sajha administrator is deleting threads against newar and keeping threads against bahun. Sajha administrator should remove and stop creating all the threads against any caste.

You know what leo_r I definately support you about defending bahuns, because as I can see the thread against bahun is still up but the thread against newar isn't. Somebody tell me the justification for this. I don't see any other people saying anything about this. I guess because the Sajha is run by Newaris so they can say what stays and what goes. Good example set by the admin.

In this 21st century ppl still believe in cast system.
In my opinion if someone believes he/she is newar/bahun /chhetri then he/she is racist.
Reading all these threads makes me believe that our mentality is still that of 18th century. ppl still believe they are bahun/newar or chhetri.
In my opinion it was not a good idea to remove any threads let ppl talk, let the ppl with negative thoughts talk and expose them.

Appearance of these types of threads also indicative of weakness of Nepali society. By deleting the threads one can not delete the mentality. This type of threads is very important, I believe to sociologists to judge the ppl of our society. After reading this type of threads I was amazed to know that even after living in US or some other developed country we can not get rid of our racists mentality.
Back in Nepal ppl are talking about constitution assembly, with this type of mentality where are we heading.
If you are not racist and if some one is talking something about your race then you should not be angry there will always be pll talking against anything. If some one is talking against my “race” I don’t get angry because I don’t believe I belong to certain race. Why I have to believe that I am either baun /chhetri and newar and get angry by some stupid post for nothing, there is much to do in our life than the race thing.

Thank you ilovenepal. I really appreciate your comment. I have no problems with newar but my point that I was adressing in civilized way was why pick and chose. I know the admin maybe enjoying this but I just wanted point that out to others.
Another point I want to come across is that the other people who were against the newar thread are not against the bahun threads. Someone please try to justify this.
