Nepal 123.com is broadcasting OnlineMedia.in channels with their permission. Nepal 123.com and OnlineMedia.in are also working on creating a co-branded page on their website for Nepali Channels. OnlineMedia.in has never said that Nepal 123.com is a leecher.

And no, Nepal 123.com has nothing to do with Cool Nepal.com

In the initial notice, it says very clearly that if viewers are watching the life feed from any other sites besides onlinemedia.in then the other websites are leechers. Which makes nepal 123.com a leecher. If you are working with onlinemedia.in to cobrand, then you should ask them to include your website name in the notice as well so that it doesn't look like your site is leeching off them.
