Occured an error(user32.dll) and closed the window of internet explorer. while attatching a file in yahoo mail . could you pleae suggest me?

explanation: user is 32 years or older and is not much of a tech guy. doesn't usually visit the real libraries so the dynamic link library is giving him this trouble.

i had got that error long time ago, i had found a file to install and it fixed it. i don't remember now, but googling may be a good idea.
