SO CALLED MADHESIS OR MARSIYAS OR DHOTIS FROM TERAI ARE NAMED SO COZ THEY ARE VERY MUCH INFLUENCED BY INDIAN CULTURE. THEREFORE AVERAGE NEPALI THINKS THEY ARE INDIANS. BUT SINCE THEY WERE BORN IN TERAI AND THEY HAVE BEEN THERE FOR AGES(FOR INSTANCE: MITHILANCHAL IN OLD AGES), THE HABITAT OF THESE SO CALLED INDIANS CAN BE REGARDED AS A PART OF INDIA.

you might be right on your own way because u have your own vision to prove your fact by yourself. Sometimes we need to be extrovert. We gotta broaden our thoughts rather than getting stuck in the fundamentals way of being stubborn. You are right that madhesi have similar norms, values, standards, taboes and culture to that of INdian since they are in close proximity to India. Most Madhesi people get married to the girl or boys from across the border and establish their commonality with their counterpart neighbour, but they still love nepal and carry the feelings of patriotism. I don't think it is wise to cut out that clique and let them consider the part of India. let us see what happens according to your thoughts:

All terai goes to India.
All Mountains to the north goes to China
There are several countries in the world having diverse population.They are living by putting their hands together. USA, UK, even India itself are some examples. Nepal i s not the exception. HUmanity counts neither skin nor the way they live their life
