Things are though these days...Forget about f1 brother...even ur a us citizen, she has to go back and apply from home country to get the status once you loose your status...I don't want to demoralize you, but that's the truth...best thing is, wait for guess worker program..which will soon take effect for sure.

Haresh nakhanu, i think get married and have child/ren is the only option for you so that you can claim residency on behalf of you child/ren. Good luck! Just a thought give a shot, other options are too expensive and risky.

One more thing get her at least an F1 visa by admitting her to a school, possible a language institution they are quite cheap. There are couple of these in CA like San Francisco. Give a try.
