Do financial industries ( wall street, insurance companies etc..) hire someone with Master in Mathmatics( Statistics) or the potential employees should have above qualification with specialization in finance?

They do. If you have some exposure on actuorial sciences, then it is even better.  Try to apply as many places as possible.
