be positive brother...timro pakka aaucha la...mero best wishes....aafu le H1 file nai garya chaian...tara pani dhukkha chu aarko sala ta aaucha bhaner.....

U r not the only one travelling in the same "Distress boat" towards the "Noway Destination". They asked for REF on July 31, We send on Sep 9 ( there is a time frame before you can submit the REF), Current Status is -----REF received on Sep 12, Case Pending and Wait Till Decison----

 

Last year, my room mate received his H1b on Sep 29 or so. He was also asked to submit a Reference. Since yours has not been declined yet, my guess is that your permit is on its way.
