Hi,
In April, 27 2009, it will be five years that I will have my green card. I would like to apply for my citizenship and at the same time I would like to apply for my parent's green card. They are oversees at the moment. But they have tourist visa stamped for 5 years.(which doesn't actually matter)
When can I apply for my citizenship and for my parent's green card?
Can I file it for my parents also together ro do I need to wait till I become citizen?
How long the process will take?
Much appreciated.
Dallas_Guy.

You are eligible to apply for citizenship 3 months prior, which is Jan. 27. Just wait until you get your citizenship, same time have you parents in the US. It's would be lot easier for them to get green card while they are here.
good luck.

Thanks Bisal. Appreciate your suggestion.
How long does it take for me to get my citizen? And how long my parents will have to wait to get GC?
