State College is a very beautiful town. It is not a big city but the life here is great. It is just a few hours drive to Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Baltimore, New York, Boston and New Jersey. The apartments are bit too expensive, but that is how all the cities in North East are.
