Hi,
I am currently working with OPT program and have a valid I20 for 1.5 more years but my f1 visa has expired recently (Valid I20 with expired visa). I also have TPS status (but haven't applied TPS EAD). I am planning to have my GC process started soon with F1 status. So later, may be couple of months from now and if everything goes well, and approval of I-140, I want to travel to Nepal with advanced parole. Can I enter with TPS advance parole and apply for I-485 along with my spouse? Does entering with TPS affect GC process as it was started with F1 status?
