I am considering buying these stocks:

BAC         has 7x PE ratio
PG            safe stock, steady dividend
MT            good PEG ratio, lot of insider buyings lately
NLY         REIT with solid dividend
SNY         best play in pharma pool, but have to wait for the pullback
IBM          best technology service play, but have to wait for the pullback
D              ex-dividend date in a week, good solid utility play, just like DUK
T or VZ    dividend, but can't decide which one.
EOG        too expensive right now but will buy if it falls to around 104

What do you think?
