Just letting you know if he/she is working 7 days a week assuming 63 hrs a week, you will have to pay overtime to that employee. Don't try to exploit your own people.

It may be two or more people will cover the shift. It is very easy to make money at gas station ( many people bragged how they cheated dhoti).
