Not suggested to do handcarry for medicines. As suggested by Gwach, put it in the luggage. with a copy of preskription. If you do handcarry, you may have trouble in transit country also, as different countries have different laws for medicines.

Port of entry dfw dallas. handcarry ma important items matra rakhda ramro easy travel. i usually carry only backpack with passport, boarding pass, toothbrush, phone charger, headphones laptop and phone, small medicine pack travel size, and one extra jacket. thats it. Have a safe flight.

TSA does not require passengers to have medications in preskription bottles, but states have individual laws regarding the labeling of preskription medication with which passengers need to comply.

As per TSA, with preskription they dont care too much. Make sure the pills are not banned here.
