is there any scope out there nearby kathmandu valley to open up quad biking and horse riding-it would be adventurous things to do for youngster and a elementary for travel and tourism business!! or is there any already??

Sajha is for any questions in general among nepali people. Its my first week in Sajha, still I know it. If you hover your mouse over "other locations" tab on the top of page, you will see lots of countries. so take that back. Well, its a different story majority of traffic visiting this page is from US, but you cant say that sajha is only for questions about USA.

In Nepal, price of basic things like food, house, health is on rise. In that scenario, average Nepalese, I think would be quite reluctant to spend money on such pleasure things.

It may or may not succeed. There are businesses like futsal, paintball, mini racing that have popped up recently. The only consideration for you would be the cost of fuel for quads. Nepalese market isnt that reliable when it comes to fuel.
