I know there were some conversations relating to this topic but couldnot find the thread. I have a friend on B2 and he wants to enroll in a program and switch the status from B2 to F1. I would really appreciate if you guys can give some of the name of universities which will issue I20 and help in this transition. I know some schools can provide I20 for english classes but couldot remember the names. If you guys have any other suggestions/recommendations, it would be really helpful

This is not an answer to your question but I have additional similar question regarding one my friend who is currently in B2 visa who had been in H1B until a while ago. Can any consultancy help in changing it back to H1B. The background of the person is networking, cisco routers etc. Thanks for any suggestions.

As I mentioned before, my friend is on B2 visa which means he is new to this country and its rules. I have been here for a while so trying to help out a friend.
