i have b2 visa and stayed usa for 6 mojths. and returned back to nepal. it been two months in nepal. i want to visit usa again. can i visit as it has just 2 months returned from usa. i heard it must be 6 months gap for the entry of usa who are in b1/b2 visa. can anyone advice me

You can return back to the US after 2 months because there is no law or rules that say you cannot. But if asked by immigration officers at the port of entry (airport) you have to be able to give them a convincing answer for why you stayed 6 months last time and why you are returning back in 2 months. If they doubt that you are illegally working in the USA, they can have your bag checked, so do not bring stuffs like CV in it. If you like more info, you can PM me.

You can ..Most Asian massage girls come within a couple months after returning from usa.. They work here earn enough in six months and go back and come back again for massage work lol
