Hi, All,
My Microsoft infopath form web api(restful web service) which is in sharepoint server is failing to call Application web api(restful webservice).I apologize if my question did not make any sense but i can elaborate more as we go on.

Error says: Infopath cannot open the xml document: http://(link to webservice)...............The drive cannnot locate a specific area or track on the disk.

I have done numerous research on this but could not come up with any resolution. It's been two weeks already looking in to this. I have deadline by this friday to present any resolution.
I would really appreciate if somebody could help me with this.

Hello Rookie - Are you trying to add a SOAP Web service to the Data Sources list?

If so, follow the step by step shown in the article below:

Also, please note that InfoPath is depreciated, that doesn't mean we can’t use it, we still use it in our company but if you have an option try moving into some other forms (Like Nintex)

If you are using SharePoint online (office 365) version, the suggestion provided above will not work, let us know what version of SharePoint and InfoPath you are using.
