Do you have an evidences saying she had an affair? If so you could directly file divorces. Those are few grounds that would ease you to file the divorce. According to old comments in sajha , this kind of things happened to many people who had/has left there spouses at home. Also there are sexual predators (fox ) who targets vulnerable spouses who had just started enjoying there mature life ( sex) for short  period of time where the desire were in optimal / high peak.
