Hello everyone, I have a AP valid till March 2020. I don’t know whether I should travel or not. I have applied for asylum back in 2010 but I close that case back in 2010. Never opened it. Never have any records of anything related to law. Been in TPS when it started. I was out of status for almost 2 years from May 2014 to June 2015. Now main concern is will I be in trouble in port of entry if I travel outside. I can go Nepal through India not a big deal but just need some advise and documents info that I will be needing for returning back through India. Thank you in advance

There is no any problem traveling on AP. If you withdraw you asylum case then you can definitely travel Nepal and return back in USA but in future if you wish to apply again asylum case then it might effect your case and hard to approve it. It doesn’t matter about your what status are you in past so good luck and enjoy your trip in Nepal. Happy Vijaya Dashami 🙏🙏🙏
