Lol I never thought of this. I am glad that my ex didn't want to claim half my property in Nepal. She did take almost everything from me here in the US. :P

Well unfortunately she can "legally" claim both. You will lose quite a bit in both countries depending on how many assets you have. The best thing to do is come to terms with her on your own without involving lawyers. The court system is biased.
