We Nepalis have always been aggressive to India and Indians. India has always played a BIG BAD BROTHER's role not only to Nepal but to all the neighbouring countries. Despite many problems and dominating role of India to Nepal and Nepalese, there seem to some positive aspects which we could not forget.

Yes, there r countles AGREEMTNS between two countires where we are being deprived of our rights. Our land has been captured, they come and construct dyams in our land which gives electricety to them and nightmare to we Nepalis. Whole world belives Buddha was born in Nepal but Indid does not. And those Cunning people(I don wanna use the word D......) consider themselves as the smartest and think Nepalis can only make good BAHADURS.

Well, disptes and arguemnts apart, there r few things which we should not forget

First thing is entertainment, Most of us enjoy Bollywood and Indian music that does not mean that we do not like our own Nepali mucis. But what I m trying to focus is we can ENJOY Bollywood and Hindi mucis than most of the ppl around the world (of course after Indians) coz we understand Hindi well. Here, I have seen many ppl (Esp from Middle east and Latin America) trying hard to learn Hindi just to watch the movie.

Next thing, perhpas we have experienced at least once after leaving our dear Nepal. The easiest way to get job is with Indians (though the least pay and the hardest job). One of my African friends say, for u it wont be much diff to survive wherever u go coz, u wd find Indians around the world.

U believer or not, Nepalis r the least hated neighbours for Indians. Indians don like Pakis, Bengalis, Sri Lankans. once I went to Indian forumn site and asked abt their opinion abt Nepal and within a week I got more than 500 replies, most of them were really good. Many of them found Nepalis to be really hard working, trust worthy and down to earth reason might be (Perhaps we do not pounce like Pakis...even if we lose our rights-- thats sad).

I dont know how many of u r relgiou and care abt Hinduism or Buddhism (whtever u r ) but waht I found with Indians though they might be not relgiousn but when the topic comes Nepal, theier first sentecne is "Yes Nepalis r Hindus".

If you promote Indian culture with or without intention by speaking, dressing, listening, communicating in their native language is indeed an adoption of a part of their existence in this world and assimilation. So my showing them of your acceptance of their culture indeed leads to their superiority and dominace in many instances. It's written in the manual of the history around the world.Nepal has its own culture, if you're aware of it, good or bad. So my point here is simple. We cannot change our association with Indian over night. One step at a time, with simple thing first like getting rid of thing that are absolutely unnessary for our survival as a nation like leisure and entertainment realted concepts; how about start with non productive and "waste of time" Bollyhood dumps. It's a complete waste of our resources, labor indeed. You might argue, there's nothing to do instead which in the most common sense is an absolute lame excuse.

Dear Friends, If you don't like indians and their attitudes, just ignore them and try to learn to live without them as much as you can. I have lot of friends from india, they all seem to like nepalese, its only us who hate them, is it our inferiority complex ???? otherwise there is no reason to hate others as a person. .................... As for indian policy towards Nepal ....... I don't like their policy either ..... but no reason to hate all her citizens ........ we should blame our politicians for not being able to stand firm against indian policies instead of whining against indians. If indians also hated nepalese, it would be so hard for us to survive here in US too. I don't mean we cannot survive without them but it would be very hard.

If someone insults you or you family without even knowing who they are or what they do?..............wouldnt you want to take a stand...............I guess you come from a different standpoint but you see I have seen how Indians have treated Nepalese as soon as they find out they are from Nepal?.....I do have good Indian friends.....But comparing to my experience and hear say and also how they immediately change to down talk to Nepalese.............I Hate them................They act like they are The Americans of Asia.............but in number ratio and their bigger size they have more slums, poverty,corruption and crime rate. I really appreciate your feelings and love towards Nepal. You will have my full support if you really start the project you dream of and I promise I will be by your side with every resources that I have. As for indians claiming buddha and mt. everest to be theirs ......... its their ignorance ....... actually I have had the same situation too ...... I told them its not true and showed them the fact in internet. And to them who acts superior once they know we r nepalese, act the same way to them too but at the same time we can be nice to nice indians too. Why be angry with them??? Control your anger ...... and use that anger for the betterment of nepal. we cannot afford enimity with india at this moment ........ in every way loss will be ours. Chane ur anger to diplomacy ....... that will help to turn the table.

As for their police coming to nepal .............. its all the result of failed government policies ............. nepal's politicians r not good for politics, lacks diplomacy. the solution to border encroachment I see is nepalese government should make almost all the border area our military barracks and the reason we should say is to stop arms smuggling and to content cross border terrorism ........ that way it will stop indian advance too but in friendly manner. anyway I respect your feeeling all I wanted to say was you don't have to show ur anger even if you r.

I guess most of these Indian lovers forgot that when India banned salt and other trade in Nepal in 1989, there was not even one Indian who said that not all Nepali deserves this, instead they all agreed with their goverment but then there are some half breed Nepali who thinks that India and Indian love them.

I am hating myself at this moment as I am replying back to you, but i jus felt the absolute urge. You actually need to go back and read my posts and understand my implication. I agree I am hateful to Indians (for reasonings read my posts again...but I also know I can't generalise..and agree there are some very good people too)....but I don't do any of the rest ...speaking their language, movies or whatever...like u've mentioned..now how the hell m I a hypocrite now!
Nonetheless, my sole purpose of writing in this thread was not to argue on why we all MUST hate Indians...BUT to understand and accept the fact that its high time we change ourselves and not let Indians feel superior in whatever ways possible....AT LEAST NOT SPEAK HINDI OR MAKE IT OBVIOUS TO THEM BY LETTING THEM KNOW THAT U KNOW IT!
