: Yes, that's an aircraft. Anti-submarine ground-effect hydroplane designed in 1972. This monster looks horrible even with wings and without - like now - it is total 'nightmare'. But it is rather interesting and cognitive. And good confirmation of true phrase - ugly airplanes don't fly.
