Guys, I went to Nepal in 2001 and witnessed some similar incidents. The Nepali Madhishes are not the problem (some of them maybe). It's the damn Biharis bastards who have poisioned our communities. Most of the demands of Nepali Madhises are genuine and those demands have to be fulfilled. We Pahades have ruled the country for so long and certainly have discriminated against our own Nepali brothers (the Madhishes). Therefore, we are not guilt free. That said, these thugs and so called liberators of Madesh are not Nepalis and not even humans. These cowardly Indian Bihari bastards have killed (skill learned from another set of criminals called MAOISTS) innocent Nepalis. WE MUST FIGHT BACK.

so it means bihari indians have tarnished the image of madhesi nepali? i remember my undergraduate life in india delhi when we nepali from all section were studying in the same college but though we all nepalese had cordial relation,i remember nepalese from terai region used to outcast madwari nepali they had like pani barabar ko isthiti especially terai ppl had many reservations abt the madwaris nepali when i tried to find out why,i found out it was like madhesi used to think these madwari(descents of indians)have created confusion in general nepalese(understand non-madhesi nepali) that all r same and they r serving indian purpose n making money n exproting it to india so since teraiins think madwari have made their(teraiins) impression as proindians, they were against them sayed yehi mixed understanding le garda nai kura bigreko hola? my intension is not to hurt anybodys sentiments sorry if i have done any peace at last

As long as there is no eye for an eye movement in Ktm and the areas of Pahadi majority, there is still hope that this issue will not go beyond control. Damn, until a few years ago, I used to think this ethnic cleansing bullshit took place only in only African nations, but seeing my own country in this state is friggin distressful.

cut the head of the snake............the body will die.....someone somewhere is encouraging these people.........and when a group of people becomes a mob......they can inflict heavy damage....even in a country like USA the LA riots after RodneyKing incident............similarly in Nepal these leaders stand on a podium and gathers a mass and provoke sentiments of rage to create a mob and lead them to attack and destroy..........create differences.....pull out isolated case of discrimination to outrage the mob and etc..........otherwise why would a common man with a family, posibly a wife and kids, mom and dad, brothers and sisters, a job , friends in all races go about killing random people???????? the problem is not in the destruction but the instability of our whole country and broken identity of Nepalese people as the commie rebels and the criminal leaders forced new Nepal on everyone............It instantly caused racial tentions and broke the unity Of the old Nepal........New Nepal wanted to change the history of our country dissrespecting our culture, tradition and heritage that our forefathers wrote with blood and sweat along with our kings....to unite Nepal as ONE.... ....................to create a Nepal for all of to live in peace and harmony and love...... Now who broke the sacred vow of Nepali w ill never kill a nepali .....and still isnt accounted and punished for?????? THE COMMIE MAOISTS.............WHy?? why have they gotten away from such a huge genocide of innocent Nepalsese people??????...... why did girija and the political parties join hands with the murderous maoists???? Did the King commit mass genocide??? was he killing innocent people like the maoists...was he cheating and robbing the Nepalese like the Politicians?????????? Why?? Why???......all he did was try and for some of us he just sat and watched nepalese people suffer.....Not true ......Our King tried but Failed to gain support of his people because the political leaders and maoists made sure that he failed they notched up their efforts for heavy instability and riots that our security forces were stretched and when it seemed that the King was failing the SPA TERRIORIST ALLIANCEAPPEARS WITH THE BLESSING OF INDIA and we all witness ........ A DRAMATIC COMEBACK CRIMINALS AS SAVIOUR TO NEPAL AND HER PEOPLE.........THEY BECOMEINSTANT HEROS.........SO here we are my fellow nepali freinds.....a puzzelling crossroad.......a failed country.......where the peoples government has failed us over and over again...........and while this is happening............we all should remember and be aware of the fact that this is a chess game ..........with one player.....prettymuch does as he pleases to win.......and the player of the chess is INDIA.....but I SWEAR THAT IF INDIA EVER TRIES TO MAKE NEPAL LIKE SIKIM OR BHUTAN...................I WILL STIR UP A INTERNATIONAL CRISES ON INDIA.......AND I KNOW I WILL NOT BE ALONE IN THAT QUEST......WE AS NEPALESE ABROAD IN THE WORLD WILL MAKE INDIA SUFFER........DONT MESS WITH THE SILENT TYPE GURKHAS...BECAUSE ONCE HE WAKES UP AND HE FINDS HIMSELF COIRNERED...............................DHOTIS BETTER START RUNNING.........JAI NEPAL

Terai Mukti Morcha and the other so called liberators actually are the hired guns of some Bihari/UP politicians. If you read the news carefully, you would notice that almost all of these terrorists live in India and come inside Nepal just to kill, rape, and loot. Our impotent government is bz jerking off its energy for political gain of the few. So there we go my friends...Unless we do something about it...nothing gonna happen. Close the border. Make sure no one gets inside the country without a valid visa... Trust me it is doable.

Its the fact that there has been Racial/ethnic tension in every nation. I am not surprised to see the news of Nepalese killing Nepalese. What do you expect? We have accepted Maoist in the political main stream.....and no one has ever been convicted of any sort of crime. They are clean beyond their own imagination. Thats the trend we have set for other rebellious parties. On the top of it, I sincerely think the terai mukti is infiltrated by gangs from India. However, I strongly insist that we need to stay together...beyond caste and creed after all we all are Nepalese. Its hurts to see people killing each other despite their belief's, ethnicity etc. I hope peace will prevail in Nepal soon than later though I dun see that is going to happen soon. PEACE Rshani

LAU HERAU RETALIATION TA BHAYECHHA NI TA Judicial panel formed to probe Kapilvastu violence, three more killed in fresh clashes Kantipur Report KATHMANDU, Sept 20 - The government Thursday formed a high-level judicial committee to probe the unprecedented violence in Kapilvastu district and the surrounding areas and announced immediate relief to the victims. An emergency meeting of the cabinet held at the Prime Minister’s official residence at Baluwatar this evening constituted a three-member judicial probe panel led by Appellate Court Rajbiraj justice Lokendra Mallik. Joint-attorney General Puspha Raj Koirala and AIG Niraj Pun are the members of the committee. After the meeting, Home Minister Krishna Prasad Sitaula said that the cabinet condemned the violence, expressed its condolence to the victims and urged the residents of affected region to exercise restrain. The cabinet has also decided to release Rs 10,000 to the families of the persons killed in the violence as an immediate relief and bear the medical expenses of the injured. Similarly, the government will provide Rs 10,000 to those whose homes have been completed destroyed in the violence and Rs 5,000 to those whose houses were partially damaged. Meanwhile, at least three persons were killed in fresh violence in Kapilvastu Thursday afternoon. Shiva Gupta and Bishnu Gupta of Bahadurgunj were killed when two groups clashed at Patthardaiya in Kapilvastu. One is yet to be identified. Six policemen were also injured in the clashes. Thirteen injured have been brought to Krishnanagar for treatment. Eight more bodies were recovered in the district this morning. With the latest deaths, the total toll has mounted to at least 26. Indefinite curfew in many parts of the district remains in place since last Sunday. Indefinite curfew has been clamped in Lamahi bazaar in Dang district. General Secretary of the Informal Sector Service Center (INSEC) Kundan Aryal, who was part of a team of human rights activists that toured the violence-torn district this morning, said that the local residents were furious about absence of the state in the affected areas despite five days of violence. Aryal added that the district administration still does not have a fair idea of the extent of loss of life and property in the district. Organizing a press conference in Butwal after touring the region, the right defenders have asked the government to take three steps to redress the problem: Bolster the security situation to avert further violence, collect information pertaining to the losses and the victims, and provide immediate relief packages to the victims. This morning, Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala held a meeting with representatives of the Muslim community at Baluwatar and had urged to help maintain communal harmony. He also gave his assurance and reiterated his pledge that he would leave no stone unturned to maintain law and security in the country and the region. Following the killing of chairman of an anti-Maoist group Mohid Khan by an unidentified group last Sunday in Kapilvastu, riots escalated in the district.

Govt forms probe panel on Kapilvastu riots; 3 killed in fresh clash The government has constituted a judicial panel to investigate into the killings and destruction in Kapilvastu and Rupendehi districts. An emergency meeting of the Council of Ministers held in Baluwatar Thursday evening formed the three-member commission headed by Rajbiraj Appellate Court judge Lokendra Mallik. Advocate Puspa Raj Koirala and Deputy Inspector General of Nepal Police Niraj Pun are the members of the commission. Home Minister Krishna Situala said the commission has been mandated to investigate the violent incidents, loss of lives and property and recommend compensation to the victims and legal action against the guilty. The government also decided to provide with Rs 10,000 to each of the families of people killed in the riots as immediate relief, Rs 10,000 to families whose houses have been burned down and Rs 5000 to families that have suffered minor damages. Home Minster Situala said the government had taken seriously the violent incidents that have taken place in Kapilvastu and Rupandehi since Sunday. He claimed that the government was making necessary security arrangements to bring the situation under control. A delegation of central level political leaders are planning to travel to Kapilvastu on Friday. Meanwhile, at least three persons were killed in a violent confrontation between two groups at Jagdishpur in restive Kapilvastu district Thursday afternoon. According to the police, two of those killed in the clash have been identified as Shiva Gupta and Bishnu Gupta. Several others including some policemen were injured in the incident. There is little information on the latest situation in many of riot-prone parts of Kapilvastu as journalists and human rights groups have not been able visit these areas. Chandrauata, Bishanpur and some other areas still remain under curfew. With today's fatalities, the number of people killed in Kapilvastu since Sunday has reached 31. nepalnews.com mk Sep 20 07
