'रोटी के लिए यहाँ आए...अब कहाँ जाएँ?'   पाणिनी आनंद बीबीसी संवाददाता, जयपुर से     जयपुर में हुए धमाकों में मरने वालों की संख्या 63 हो गई है जबकि 200 अन्य घायल हैं मिलन नेपाल का रहनेवाला है...एक महीने पहले ही जयपुर आया है और मंगलवार के धमाकों में घायल होने के बाद आज बुधवार सवाई मानसिंह अस्पताल में भर्ती है. मिलन की कहानी आपको इसलिए बता रहा हूँ क्योंकि मिलन छोटी चौपड़ थाने में खाना बनाने का काम करता है. वो थाने में सबके लिए रोटी बनाता है, सब सिपाही खाते हैं और 'जयपुर की रक्षा' करते हैं. मंगलवार को थाने के पास जब विस्फोट हुआ तो मिलन भी उसकी चपेट में आ गया जिसके बाद उसे कुछ अनजान हाथों ने घायल हालत में अस्पताल तक पहुँचाया. पर धमाके में घायल होने के कई घंटों बाद तक इस थाने का कोई भी पुलिसवाला या अधिकारी मिलन का हाल पूछने नहीं आया, न ही उसकी दवा-पानी की सुध लेने कोई पहुँचा. अधिकारियों की ओर से मिलन से ऐसा कोई वादा भी नहीं किया गया है कि उसे इस धमाके में घायल होने के बाद थाने की ओर से कोई सहायता या राहत दी जाएगी. और मिलन... सरकारी दवाइयों, टांकों, रिसते घावों और किसी समाजसेवी संस्था से मिले बिस्किट के पैकेटों को सिराहने रखे अपने हाल को रो रहा है. मिलन अभी बात कर पाने की स्थिति में नहीं है. दूर का एक रिश्तेदार, कमल, जो उसे जयपुर लाया था, बताता है कि जब उसे मिलन के घायल होने की ख़बर मिली तो वो भागा-भागा अस्पताल आया और पाया कि वो बिन कपड़ों के, खून में लथपथ, वार्ड के बाहर बरामदे में फर्श पर पड़ा है. उसी ने बाद में मिलन को अंदर ले जाकर भर्ती कराया. दोनों इतने डरे हुए हैं कि अभी तक उन्होंने मिलन के घरवालों को इस घटना की जानकारी तक नहीं दी है. 'जाएं तो जाएं कहाँ...'  नेपाल में गांव के हालात बहुत ख़राब थे. अपना गुज़ारा चला सके इसीलिए रोटी कमाने के वास्ते ये नेपाल से इतनी दूर हिंदुस्तान आया. वहाँ क्या है जो वापस जाएँ? वहीं से तो मजबूर होकर यहाँ आए हैं   मिलन के एक दोस्त पर क्यों, पूछने पर साथ बैठा रिश्तेदार, कमल बताता है, "आज तक तो ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ था. पता नहीं ये कैसे हो गया. अभी तो इसे आए हुए एक महीना भर हुआ है. अब तो सब भगवान के हाथ है." और कुरेदने पर कमल बताता है, "नेपाल में गांव के हालात बहुत ख़राब थे. अपना गुज़ारा चला सके इसीलिए रोटी कमाने के वास्ते ये नेपाल से इतनी दूर हिंदुस्तान आया. वहाँ क्या है जो वापस जाएँ? वहीं से तो मजबूर होकर यहाँ आए हैं." पर कम से कम उन पुलिसवालों से सहायता तो मांगी होती जिनके लिए ये काम करता था, इस पर मिलन बताता है कि फ़ोन करने पर भी किसी ने फ़ोन नहीं उठाया. बस, उसे ख़बर करा दी थी कि मिलन घायल हो गया है. कमल कहता है, "जब यह घायल था तो जहाँ ये काम करता है, उस थाने का कोई पुलिसवाला मदद के लिए या हाल जानने नहीं आया. सुबह क्या होता है, क्या नहीं..इसपर क्या बात की जाए." मिलन आंसू भरी आँखों से इन बातों को स्वीकृति देता चलता है. शरीर पर लगे ज़ख़्मों से ज़्यादा इस बात की चिंता उसके चेहरे पर साफ़ दिखाई देती है कि अस्पताल से तो कुछ दिन में छूट जाएगा पर आगे क्या-क्या देखना बाकी है? रोटी अभी क्या-क्या रंग दिखाएगी ! तो क्या शायद यही वो मजबूरी है जो देश, दुनिया के कई हिस्सों में चरमपंथी हमलों या आपदाओं का सामना करने वाले आम आदमी को फिर से पटरी पर चलने के लिए, दर्द पीने के लिए मजबूर करती है.

Please do not get me wrong but i do not know him(Milan) personally  i am a well wisher like you and other people here and like to help him and his family in this difficult situation.  So am not interested in collecting anybody's check and i won't be able to be accountable for the same. If any one know to setup the paypal account that will be great and some one who  will be able to tranfer the donated funds for the concern person.
