 Police Report of spouse for green card?

Hi,

My brother is a US citizen. He has applied for green card for his spouse. His spouse did her undergraduate in India. Does she need to obtain police report from India? Isn't it a tough job to get police report from India? It has already been more than 5 years since she graduated.

 

Please help.

i think so brother....i think they need police report for the recent past certain years whereever u stay..anywayz wait for other response too...tc
