Recently our friend Vinay has been admitted to Senai Hospital in Baltimore. He is a cherubic friend of ours. He is very young, compassionate and endured with optimism. He has been striked by the misfortune at this time. We friends and family are wishing for his speedy recovery. He is still in ICU and trying to recuperate.
Lord I pray and ask for a healing for my friend. I know you are the true healer. All things are possible with you. I trust you.
Medical Diagnosis
Description: There is a left pleural effusion with compressive atelectasis of the lingual in the left lower lobe. Critically ill in respiratory failure on ventilator. His respiratory status has been tenuous off and on and he is heavily sedated and on maximal ventilator support for a serious lung infection.
This is the only thing I know, I’ll try to get more info tomorrow if they will allow me to have one.
unfortunately, Nepalese embassy denied visa for his parents.
To whom it may concern,
This is Muna shrestha, cousion sister of Vinaya Shrestha who is currently in ICU with the right lung failure/lungs infection at Senai Hospital, Baltimore-MD. We are going through a very difficult situation. He is in a life support system, and has been on the ventillator. A chance given for Vinaya Shrestha's parents to visit him would help Vinaya to recover and get out from ICU very soon. He's been in this condition for more than two weeks. We are very helpless here, because my uncle and aunt were denied for the interview even, which is not fair to them. This time we are very hopeful that you all would help us to get through this situation. I have attached the letter that had been previously written to the Amercian Embasy of Nepal which was apparently ignored as well as the letter prepared by Nepalse Embassy at Washington DC. Even the doctors and nurses are surprised to hear that this kind of critical situation was not taken into consideration. I hope this time, condition of Vinaya Shrestha would be taken seriously, and given his parents a chance to come and visit him asap. If you have further question, Vinay's doctors and nurses are always willing to anwer any concerns reagrding his health issues.
Hoping to hear from you soon,
Sincerely yours,
Muna
