Need some help to write the job description which fits the EB2 category for Green Card filing......... I am in the process to file Labor....

 your inquiry is incomplete for me to answer.  It depends upon your education  level, company background,  industry experience and the  nature of the job itself. You have to be much careful while writing job description or you will end up with "RFE". If it is the first company you are working for after a graduation, do not put any experience requirement on job description. Make it plain and simple. Don't put extra skills or qualifications restriction unless you have something as a backup to prove in case of RFE. If the company is owned by DHOTI, take extra precautions.

Here is the detail info. Applying EB2 through DHOTI company. After completing Masters Degree, working for IT company as Business Analyst for more than 4 years. Don't have any experience on IT (Business Analyst) before degree per say.
What are the caviet I have to take while writing job description........ For instance what to mention before degree (previous experience)...

 You cannot use your experience  that you gained @ the current company for writing job description.Frankly,  I have no real idea how to file for labor through Dhoti company but be sure to check if there is any successful  perm application through your employer. If they have any records of tax evasion or company is operating in loss, talk to your lawyer before you proceed & invest your money and time. In such case, chances of your I-140 denial will be very high.
