Hi,
I am a first time buyer, unfortunately in bay area as prices are not worth paying for homes. Any way I am giving some effort to buy home (townhouse probably as single home is beyond my limit). I am looking around Cupertino/ Santa Clara area. I will really appreciate to hear all the experiences and things to consider from anybody who may hae gone through the process.
