Hi,
I am with a company A since three years and I just changed the department but still have the same employer. I heard, I can show my previous job experience if the new job responsibility is changed by 50% while filing GC at EB2, even if I have the same employer.
Is this right ?
If this is right then,
I want to talk to my previous manager and ask to include few things in the experice letter ? so that, I can change the responsiblity of my current job by 50%....
DO they (Labor dept) compare carefully my previous job requirements and new job requirements to identify the 50% changes ? or they only see my experience letter.....
thanks in advance!

yes u can.
Labor dept will look into detail so the responsibility shud be well defined.
It is better to represent different duties in terms of percentage so that the overlapping percentage in your previous and current one would be around 40-45%.
