Suggestion: Get renewed the H1b first.

When r u going to Nepal?
With speedy process, it will still take 2-4 weeks before you get your H1B renewed.
If you are going back after few months then I agree with Chandrika, renew the H1B first. While doing this let your legal dept know about your intention to bring your would be wife; they might give you a better suggestion.

Don't take any chances bro. First, u need to file ur H1B extension asap. You may also wanna file premium processing. Otherwise u may jeopardize ur H1B status. Think abt it. Good luck!
