 Hello,

I sent some money to Nepal by wire transfer through my Chase bank account here.  I need to send more.  I know there are few online websites which I have not used in past, and also I read some worrisome reviews about them which may/maynot be true but I don't feel comfortable using. Only option left is either Money transfer or Wire transfer. It seems money transfer gives about 1 to 2 Rs less per $, there will be significant difference between wire transfer(bank to bank)  vs. money transfer (like western union) as one sends more money. Since I have already done wire transfer few times recently, this will be very significant amount over a year, if I continue to use this. My question is - Is there any limit to how much one can send from here (US) ? Will there be any extra tax at the end?

I am a legal worker under H1 and it's all legal income  :)    I need to send to pay some loan, also need to help family back in Nepal. I think it's good time since $$ exchange rate is still reasonable even though decreased slightly from it's peak few weeks ago.

If you have any information, your input will be very much appreciated.

Thanks.
