You don't have to give them even a dime. They are taking advantage of you. Even if they had given you a training, they should have taken the money before you join the training. This is America man and you can give a $shit after you leave the company. You are not liable for anything.

Please don't fight with them and don't give any information of yours like address, phone etc.
Simply ignore them because they can't do a $hit. Just concentrate on your current job and good luck.

 As sajamitra said, just walked in your own way and do your job. Change your cell phone and contact information. Even you signed the contract i.e.$60K per year. Then, you need to get pay check and tax. This is america and there is fair job practice. They are trying to get advantages from you, asked send all contracts/signed document. Even if they are keep on harassing, asked filed complain to labor department. You are not a bound labor for any shit compnay.

i personally don't think you are liable to pay anything to them, I have seen guys sign a contract and leave the company without telling them.
