its not about legal kaam garda ni tyasto huney nahuney.. You are not the only person they have to process.. prolly some documents went missing.. and they wanted some more documents, so send them the required documents and you should be fine.

Sounds like u got a tentative nonconfirmation while doing everify. Don't worry this happens a lot with new work permits. Need to get a paper about this from ur HR and call tje number asap. If 1o days are passed and u don't verify they won't hire u and ice will starting to look for u. It happens when their sys is not updated or info don't match. Look it up for the term in uscis.com or google . This is not a legal advise.

It might be just error. E-verify have some error percentage and also if ur HR could do some typo while trying to everivy. Go to selfcheck.uscis.gov and find your own work authorization status.

Nothing to worry about..but u need to see the letter that has been sent to you. Like somebody mentioned earlier, it generally happens during the first employment: reasons could be address conflict or some other kind of conflict but nothing so serious. And you will need to CALL the USCIS or everify office as soon as possible to fix it but dont miss the 10 days mark.
