Asylum case file gareko lye arko state gayera job (as a contractor) garnu milcha ki mildaina? Payroll mid vendor ( that has office all over US) through banne situation ma.
Sajha gurus who have experience in dealing these situation, please advise me if there is a way to navigate around.

Mero case is in SF. Its been more than year and half.
Accepted an offer hoping my payroll would be through my consultancy but turned out it would be through mid vendor.
So am in big dilemma whether to go for a job or not!!

as far as i know it does not matter wherever you move for a contract job as long as you have a permanent address in CA where you can receive your mail and stuff, and whoever runs your payroll is in CA as well. Technically, you are working for an employer in CA but you have to move temporarily for a client in diff location. Go for it.

@bond is right but , permanent address chai puranai rakhnu, court ma bhayeko bhaye farak pardaina tho , uscis mai raicha , thaha payo bhane saardincha bhanchan.

Payroll is through mid vendor whose main office is in different state then where i am currently residing even though their office is here as well.
