Hi guys, I have a question regarding ACA for F1 students in the US especially those of us living here for more than 5 years. Since we are considered resident for tax purpose, I was told that we are also entitled for ACA health insurance. So I went on to the insurance marketplace at https://www.healthcare.gov/ website, but could not figure out the right insurance policy as there were range of options -from 7$ per month to 250$ per month. Has anyone bought any of these policy from https://www.healthcare.gov/ ? Which one would you suggest would fit single individual and also meet insurance policy by the university/US government immigration requirements for F1 students. I tried to contact my university to get information on this, but they told me they won't be able to advise anything on this issue. Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you guys.

It depends on how much you make per year. Lower the income, lower you pay. When you file the application, it will guide you through.
