माओवादीले पनि कस्ता-कस्ता विचार भएकालाई मन्त्री बनाएका रै’छन्, कुरा
सुन्दा पनि अचम्म लाग्ने। हिजो मात्रै एक जना मन्त्रीले भाषण ठोकेछन्-
प्रत्येक नेपालीले हातहातमा हतियार राख्‍नुपर्छ। नागरिकको मानवअधिकारको
ग्यारेन्टी गर्न त्यसो गर्न आवश्यक छ रे। हतियार राख्‍न पाउनु पर्ने
संवैधानिक व्यवस्था नै गरिनुपर्ने उनको जिकिर रहेछ। यसो सुन्दा मिलन चक्रे
र दीपक मनाङ्गे जस्ताको मुखबाट आएको जस्तो लाग्ने यो यो भनाई अरुबाट हैन,
संस्कृति तथा राज्य पुनसंरचना मन्त्रीबाट आएको हो। ‘बन्दूके संस्कृति’
विकास गराउन खोज्ने यो अभिव्यक्ति शान्ति खोजिरहेका नेपालीहरुका लागि सह्य
हुन सक्दैन। अब सबैले “शान्ति लुकाउँ कहाँ..” भन्दै गीत गाउन बाध्य पार्न
खोजिएको हो कि के हो ?

हातमा बन्दूक आउँदा केही किशोरले मिलेर ताहाचलका दुई विद्यार्थी आशिष र
रितेशको कति डरलाग्दो हत्या गरेका थिए। हातमा हतियार हुँदो हो त गएको साता
पोखराको पीएन क्याम्पसमा एमाले अखिल र माओवादी अखिलको झडपमा कति मान्छे
ठहरै हुन्थे होलान् ? त्यसै त रिसमा मान्छे अन्धो हुन्छ, हातमा हतियार
भएपछि अनि के चाहिन्छ ? सुरु भइहाल्छ नि ताण्डव।

हतियारले नै
सबैथोक हुने भएको भए माओवादी किन हतियारलाई क्यान्टोन्मेन्टमा थन्काएर
शान्ति प्रक्रियामा आउनु पर्थ्यो होला त ? त्यसैले उग्र खालका
कार्यकर्ताहरुमा रहेको हतियारमोह त हटाउनु पर्ने बेलामा मन्त्री जस्तो
जिम्मेवार पदमा रहेका उनी जस्ता नेताको मुखबाट यस्तो विचार आउनु खेदजनक छ।
उनले तुरुन्त आत्मालोचना गर्नुपर्छ र पार्टीले स्पष्टिकरण सोध्‍नुपर्छ।
नेपाललाई फेरि हत्याहिंसाको जंजालमा फँस्नु छैन। यस्ता विवादास्पद
अभिव्यक्ति दिनबाट पार्टीले आफ्ना नेताहरुलाई तुरुन्त रोक लगाउनु पर्छ।

I think , ya we should create a Gun law. Since some people have guns anyway , all others should have their right to protect themselves. And peace can be achieved only if Guns are totally prohibitedd or made available to rightful citizens. Any way so many people hav died.  I think if every citizens were allowd to carry gun , there might be less voilence too.

 

sujitcha......are you insane.  Guns to whom ??? And you want to see people getting killed in Student elections including innocent students. Any good person won't walk with gun in their hands....but bad person with intention of fighting always will.  In US number of Nepalese are killed in gas station. Do they carry guns ??? NO. But the one who want to loot and kill does .


In Nepal so far we see people pelting stones at police during protest.....probably we will start to see gunfire. I am a great believer violence only breeds violence. Guns will only kill it never protects. And if people have gun they will have excuse  to kill people in the name of self defense.  And you know our government is how protective of criminals.
