नेपाल मा बस्ने मदेशे बर्ग हरुलाई अन्तर्वाता को आधार मा नगरीता दिन कस्तो हुन्छ ? एदी सुद्द नेपाली भाषा बोल्न सक्छ भने कुनै पनि बिदेशी नागरिक लाई नेपाली नागरिता दिन कस्तो होल? र एदी नेपाल मै बशेर पनि नेपाली बोल्न आउँदैन भने तिनिहरु को नगरिता बदर गर्दा कस्तो होल?

Worthless suggestion. Stop thinking or dreaming about these nonsence issues - scrapping nationality or nationality certificates based on ones abilities to speak Nepali or on some other grounds. you should know the facts that many Nepalese who live even in the heart (capital) of Nepal (eg, Newar elderly people) can not even speak Nepalese properly, forget about Nepalese residing in the Southern plain or Dolakha/Solukhumbhu/Dolpa of Nepal.
