I am expecting a baby this oct. i am currently in H1B visa status. My labor was approved last week. since i am filing under eb2 my date is current so i am eligiable to file both I-140 and I- 485 concurrently. The I-485 needs me to have come medical test conducted and to take some vaccine like MMR and Xray for TB if i fail my skin test . But since i am pregnant my doc says i cannot take the injection nor have an Xray. any idea if there are any exemptions for pregnant women or do i have to delay the whole process for few more months . is there any way out. Please advise. Thankyou in advance.

If I were you, will contact the medical office who does medical reporting, if they have any alternatives.

No need to panic.
You will be exempted from the MMR and Varicella if you are pregnant. But, You will need a Td as thats not gonna impact you or your's baby's health what so ever. While processing the I 693, the Doctor just has to mention that you are pregnant and check on the waiver on the 4th page.
