In one public meeting in Kathmandu last summer, I was myself surprised with the ease and steadfastness with which Dhamalaji was connecting to people even with the slightest significance.

 

I was an obscure audience in the meeting. But Dhamalaji was kind enough to introduce himself and exchange business cards with me right after I exchanged greetings with some VIP guests there.

 

He also introduced me with his newly launched website, reportersclub.org, which when I checked last time did not have much content in it.

 

Dhamalaji might or might not impress you much, but I sure am impressed with the success of his “Reporter’s Club” as one of the most sought venue for political publicity in Kathmandu.

Rishi is not a journalist, he is a broker, a Dalal, so kick him out.
Nepali media is directly like THT and Annapurnapost and indirectly like Kantipur and other weeklies run by Indian embassy. So its useless to expect that they speak or write for Nepal's interest ot Nepali journalists.
There are many Rishi like characters either in Press Chautari or in Press Union.
Nepalis should also start racketing now.
Indian embassy, Apca and other Indians are racketing in Nepal. So be careful otherwise it will be too late. Indians are Dog.
Rishi is dog's kutta.

hahhahahhahaha yo manche kasto manche hola  he is always standing behind ppl and looking at the person speaking as if he is so interested or he is making some type of funny face like his eyebrows are together and he is like looking for something like a security guard or something

ok i just looked him up and he seems like he is alright. he has graduated frm college. and is smart too. he knows alot of important ppl in nepal. i think u have to be smart to do that. i mean to butter someone up and not be ovious abt it is hard. good for him.  

but i think its still funny how is is everywhere.

You won't believe. I watch Nepali news everyday. Almost every occasion he comes in the background.

Even as everyone got off the ramp at Indira Gandhi International, it was already clear that the real guest of honour on this trip wasn't PM Prachanda but the omnipresent Rishi Dhamala. Some Indian hacks even mistook him for a cabinet minister because he was on Awesome's coat-tails all the time. Our Sishi Gamala was much in demand even from Indian reporters because of his amazing knack of getting soundbites from Indian leaders. Sitaram Yechury dubbed him Chief Mischief-maker because he could work his way around India's supertight security.
