What do you do when you get mad or upset? How do you control your anger? Some react too much,some show less reaction but everybady gets angry at times.

When I am angry I don't want to talk.

There is nothing macho or non-macho about men. All men are have kids living inside them. Some are explicit some are not................

there is nothing innately macho or non-macho but you cannot ignore the way the media, the soceity and our family influences us. they all have certain expectations from men, it does not matter whether you accept it or not, the fact is men are under more pressure to prove themselves.......its not about being inherently macho

But I think it has to do with hormones aswell..men tend to divert thier depression or sadness into anger unlike women who take those emotions out with tears. So girls its not bad to cry I will say cry out loud...ghokro sukayera roye pani huncha....suku suku garera roye pani huncha :D

its not bad for either gender to cry. but like i said, men have to meet certain expectations. and no matter how much peopel would like to aruge this, it remains a fact. euta geet cha ni 'logne manche bahera runu hunna bhanchan.....'. men probalby wish to cry, but they also wish to repress their feelings to make certain impressions.

when i am angry i indulge myself into food, or i clean house. but when my son is mad, he breaks anything that comes in his hand, (dangerous kid), so i have decided to keep everything out of site and out of mind. last weekend i went and bought him two punching bags and told him that when ever he gets angry he has to go get his anger out in the punching bags not on my pride and possessions.

next day, he woke up with a bad dream, man, no one was allowed to talk to him, i then said to my darling son, son, remember the punching bags that i got for you well, go and get that anger out, and he did just that, when he got back to the living room, he had this big grin on his face, came and gave me a huge hug and said "mum that is the best christmas present that you have ever given".

Th first thing I do is YELL!. It's all depend upon what kind of mad I am. Sometimes I go to gym to calm down. Sex (if I am with my ANA_CA), Masturbation, chat with my gf and sometimes I drink.
