This is the best calling card I've found, 1st time buyer click on this link  go to Kuku.com and put code 254520 double your amount, buy $10 get $10. No need to dial pin or phone no. of nepal. Or click below.

www.keku.com/?r=254520

It is expensive (~15c) a min and quality was alright. But, after changing stana to KEKU it getting worse. Now, Im looking for for alternatives.

It's good for one time and OR short calls. Once you get $10 free, it cut down to 7.5 cents per min. It never expires even if you make 1 min. call next 6 months or so, another good thing is you can save your Tel. no (Nepal no) as you save your friends no (no need to enter 011...977...and pin no.) Just a press away. And the best thing is if you have more phones in your family you can refer them and you get $10 and they $10 and it goes on and on.....

As most people have internet on their mobile, best way to call is skype to skype. I dont know the cost of mobile internet in Nepal but it is something to think about. The quality is good also.

Been using Himtel for years. It's probably the best calling card out there.

sorry to say but i had bad experiences with Keku. Their customer service is good but they cannot improve their connection quality. Worst connection ever. Rebtel is little expensive but far more better than Keku. Never had any problem with Rebtel.

What is best or not depends on the rate per minutes, surcharges, clarity and so on.

used a lot of cards and currently using Call Foreign. connection is good. rate is about 10c a min and they round up based on the exact time you talked, credit never expires and no fees or charges whatsoever. but they do charge you 10c if you buy their card using credit card which is not a deal breaker!

rebtel has the best connection but too expensive.
