 Does any one knows the good solution of back pain. I am using hot water bag in my back and do Ramdev's back pain yoga found in youtube in morning but it still hurts. I understands we shouldn't stay long time in chair and i am trying to avoid that too. After i sit in chair and when i get up, i cant stand straight for a momment. After 30 second or minute only i can walk straight. Any suggestation will be helpful.Thanks..

Have your blood tested for Vitamin D deficiency. Doc will prescibe 50000 mg Vit D. Helped my friend.

Try to sit in diff chair for couple of days. If your pain goes away then the culprit is chair.

  1. Share your pain with your doctor.
  2. If its work related : YOu can also get help from your HR department and get your ergonomics evaluation done. YOu mkight get a relavent chair at your work, They should take care of you in this regard.
  3. YOutube "general back pain exercise at work" or similar videos. Trust me they are really helpful.
  4. Follow the below link ( I do #6. Cat/Camel once in a while at office)

You need to stretch you back at least twice a day and wil take couple days to see the reuslt.

 Bro,

I used to have terrible Back Pain & CTS,  it was due lack of body movement(in my case software develoer sits all day in the chair). After reading solutions over the internet, I finally decided to hit the gym 3-4 times a week, then after couple of days all the pain gone.

Its been three years addicted to GYM able to run 5K, still on same chair same office same boss same salary but  no pains :)

 Bro,

Check your matress, if it is too soft you might want to change it with more firmmer one. Seek medical advice if you have history of uric acid as well.

Do not rush to doctor: apply the suggestions first, if you do not feel well within 3 weeks ,then see a doctor.
You have been not good to your own body, be nice with it then you will see the reulst soon.

Like evilinside suggested, You need to hit the Gym. It will make your back pain feel better.

Hit the gym. There are tons of exercise for back and whole body exercise. Back pain might be because of various reasons like neck, sitting in chair for long period of time. Go to gym, do swimming and I am pretty much sure it will go away
