Hello IT friends, How is the market of Build & Release Engineer. My consultancy is saying that they will be able to placed me within couple of months. Also is this good career for non it background (business). Any feedback highly appreciated.

Market looks good. Some people i know who are not from IT background are doing well in this career. They even make more money than developers. (Sigh).

Yes, your consultancy will 'Build' your fake resume and then you get a job, the company will find you are a fake and will 'Release' you. That is your "Build and Release' engineering. Hahahha. Just kidding. Good luck with whatever you are pursuing.

build and release engineer is a rather difficult job. if a fake guy is able to sustain the job then someone else should be helping/teaching in the job itself or rather the job itself is minimal work.
if you are non-it why dont you join qa?
