I am working as consultant at client's location. My employer consultancy ABC will be filling h1b this year. Does anybody know, Is client Letter is mandatory/ required during H1B proccesing? Your valuable inputs will be highly appreciated.

Client letter hunu best, but nahuneko pani approve bhako case haru chhan. Mero chai pohor client letter nabhayerai reject bhako ho. But mera sathi haru kohi client letter nahune, kohi tyo time ma job nai nahune, kohi chai tyai time ma job nai change garne ko pani approve bhayo. So nothing is guaranteed. But client letter bho bhane case dherai strong hunchha.

let suppose If the h1b is approved and and i need to travel before October 1st. I am Stem Major. Opt can be Extended. what you guys suggest on this type of situation? Please kindly share if any of you guys have gone through this, or if you guys happened to know any of ur frns have faces this situation before or have some Info on this matter. I have been googling regarding this matter but couldn;t pin point ans for my Query.

I know, at times, the Client do not have a policy to give out letters for Contractors
So, it can be tricky to get, almost impossible. In that case, just submit the prime vendor-Client relationship letter.

Make sure that you have your email conversations, your cube photos,your batch and everything that proves you that you are currently working with the client...


But coming back to your questions, its THE most strongest doc in H1 visa...if you have it, its gold....But, does not mean, its mandatory......

Better to have a letter when applying for h1b. Or might chance of getting RFE.

I think if your h1b is approved you can apply for h1b stamping.
