मेरो college मा पढने एक जना केटि साथी को सहयोग मा Court बिहे गरे. अहिले आएर USCIS ले "Intend to Deny" letter पठाएको छ. येही २ हप्ता भित्र response गरि सक्नु पर्ने छ. Lawyer ले यो case deny हुने चान्स धेरै छ भनेको छ. Deny भएको अवस्थामा "पत्नी पिडित" भएको देखाई अर्को application राखने सुझाब दिएको छ. केटि ले पनि पिडित भएको प्रमाण बनाउन सहयोग गर्छु भनेकी छ।
मैले पहिला application & document गर्दा धेरै नै गल्ति हुन पुगेछ। अहिले म "Intend to Deny" को reply ko documents जम्मा पार्दै छु. येदि मेरो case deny भएको खण्डमा पत्नी पिडित" को बाटोमा लाग्दा हुन्छ होला?
नेपालमा आर्थिक अवस्था राम्रो छैन। empty हात फर्कने अवस्था छैन।

Questions: Which application is it that you filed and have received that intent letter against? Have you filed for divorce?

"Intend to Deny" is not a denial. That means you still have an opportunity to try your best to prevent the denial from happening.
Even if the USICS denies your application, it's not the end of the world. You can still fight against it in the court and try to prove your point in front of the immigration judge. From what I have read so far, the immigration judges seem to approve cases more often than not. "empty हात फर्कने अवस्था छैन" Understand that this won't be a process that will last just a few weeks (or even months). It's going to last way longer than that.

If you decide to proceed with that, just know that you already have stuffs to prove to them, and with this you will only be adding some more stuffs to prove to them. To summarize whatever I have read so far, generally, you will only be complicating the situation even more on you by doing that. Moreover, if "केटि ले पनि पिडित भएको प्रमाण बनाउन सहयोग गर्छु भनेकी छ।" then why not just let her help you with the on going process?

Hey can you share the reason that's mentioned on the intention letter?

I filed I30 and i485 concurrently filed and had a separate interview and few answers were mismatched. After one year we got letter that I30 was intend to deny.. The thing is rt she don't want to stay me and she did mistakes in tax filing, she did't put me and had to file separately.. And when I went to lawyer they said there more chances to denied.. They suggested me as long as you get denied, filed under abusive relation and try to collect some txt and emails that is lil harsh and consult to physiologist.. But I can't think right now what to do?? Help needed..

you are in a difficult situation.You probably had less proof or were not living together. Uscis take joint lease and financial proofs v seriously and makes most of the decisions based on that, such as, joint CC, checking/savings, transactions etc. This is a serious matter since the i485 should have been simple and most people do get approved but regardless you can try physiologist, there are actually physiologist esp. for immigration matters and they know the format to write etc...but think twice if you are going that route...your "friend" might get in some legal trouble too...you never know what will come and haunt down later down the road.
You might get a chance after you receive NTA but if your proofs are so weak then doubt that route will help you. listen to the lawyers, goodluck...
