Hi guys,
I need your help regarding immigration problems. I have two questions:
1.
I am trying to bring my wife here. I want her to apply for H4 from there because I have H1B but not stamped yet. What is the possibility to get accepted the H4 visa?

2.
If I can bring her as a tourist visa, can I convert her to H4 once she arrive here? Or what are the other status I can transfer her to?

Bringing her in H4 visa is the easiest thing. Have her apply for H4, i think it's pretty easy to get H4.

you dont need H1B stamped to get your wife in H4. Its pretty easy to bring your spouse to bring on H4. She just need your H1B documents, marriage certificate, couple of pay stubs and wedding pictures
