Big room available in grand avenue. 5 mins walk from the grand avenue train station. Very nice neighborhood laundry,grocery store,costco,shopping mall nearby. Single $700.00 everything included ( gas,internet,electricity ). For two or couples $900.00 everything inclded (gas,internet,electricity). Kitchen and bathroom are going to be shared. Contract - pasang sherpa 1-(347)435-9406. This is not an agency so just feel comfortable to call or text to make an appointment to check the room. Thank you.
